AMISOLD retains ownership of all goods included until all goods and services have been paid in full.
RE the Supply Only Orders - We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the quoted components before making the payment. For all other returns, a restocking fee of a minimum of 80% applies to the total amount.
Warranty returns: All supply-only components are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. AMISOLD can assist in submitting a warranty request on behalf of their customer; however, we have no control over the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty. Any issues related to products under warranty remain the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Should you decide to cancel the PV or Hot Water System Works Contract within the 10-day cooling-off period, we will issue a full refund of your payment, less any applicable administrative and processing fees.
Exclusions and Conditions
This refund policy does not cover products that have been installed, used, or damaged post-delivery. This includes items that have been dropped, broken, or altered in any way. All products must be returned in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for all postage and insurance costs.
Return Recommendations
We advise returning the product via registered post with pre-paid postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damage to goods during transit; therefore, it is recommended to take out shipment insurance with your postal carrier. AMISOLD will not be liable for parcels lost or damaged during transit if insurance is not purchased.
